Any companies that install/setup AI for you on your desktop?

Throw money $$$. > Someone/some company installs AI software whatever on my desktop so it's not web based.

Can't get any models to not have such insane "safety" restrictions, to the point where AI is useless.

Not sure if desktop versions remove restrictions, or what, but worth a try.
