Zocdoc gets almost 2 million 'organic searches' every month... How do they do it?

I got this Data from Neil Patels 'search tool' ...

Anyone have an idea on 'HOW THEY get these kind of Numbers? .... 1.9million visitors in 1mth ???

Well I mean they have 35k referring domains and lots of pages... not awfully surprising (though they seem to have not enjoyed recent updates).

We do everything at ReachCreator tbh. Clients want paid links, natural outreach guest posts, egobait, linkbait, sometimes digital PR. My favourite is whatever the client asked us to do and wants to pay for .

When you're running your own business you can be a lot more creative than we often get to be too though - the mad campaigns clients in house at big companies can't get over the line you can do. Eg politics stuff... it just takes one swing of something like that which works out of a few attempts and you can do months of links in a day.

A lot of the cost depends on the client's flexibility. If they are super hard to work with and turn down all our creative ideas and want really hard stuff to get links to then a campaign that was ALL digital PR links (real ones not the fake stuff people sell as HARO style outreach lol) would be really expensive. But if the client is flexible, and will work with all sorts of natural outreach but also lets us put a 'news' spin on most things we do for them then throwing in some digital PR at normal base link pricing is actually possible sometimes just to pick up a few links here and there and the occasional 'big hit' when you get lucky and a story lands.

We don't charge for excess links - if someone orders 10 and we get lucky one month then... they get lucky too!

It just all depends on what the clients want and how flexible they are. I mean some clients do amazing work just firing fairly cheap paid links direct to money pages, ramping up a site and selling it... it's really interesting how different client strategies are and the successes they have with different approaches tbh.

Most of our work is US and overseas. EU varies a lot - some countries the webmasters never get pitches about anything so it's easy. Some countries are worse than Canada for hating emails/having rules about this kind of thing (eg Germany) so I'd never get involved there etc....
