There was a thread/post here on BuSo by @CCarter which guided you on social media marketing (not the one in the digital strategy course).

I think it was called "Going Viral series" or something. I've tried searching multiple keywords related to what I remember, but the thread I remember doesn't seem to show up in results.

Carter even promoted it with his profile banner. I remember it having an image of an anime girl screaming with the headline of the thread name (which I think was Going Viral series or something)

Please, if anyone can link to it in the replies, I'd appreciate it

I think it was "Advanced Social Media Techniques", since that's the most recent and I've definitely seen, at least partly, the other ones. But it seems shorter than the one I remember

For your getting viral series I remember it was structured like a compilation of threads, similar to how many of the posts in the digital strategy course are structured.

The ones you shared are more like a post of a tip/technique that you came across and shared (except the internet monies one)

From what I think, I think you actually started the series within your Link Building services page, but it has so many detailed replies I haven't been able to go through all of them - or thought that it was a limited time series (an explanation that just didn't sit right with me).

I haven't been able to find it from using Google search operators either

To be honest the one thing I remember the most distinctly was the banner you used to promote it lol.

It had an anime girl with her hair in a bun shouting on the left side, and some stats/dashboards on the right side with a green background in the style of pop art.

I think you started this series around the time you were developing Makoboard

The part you are wrong about is the anime, I've never watched anime except for Ghost In the Shell, so I wouldn't know any anime characters.

When I launched the Marketplace thread I also launched a lab journal (which is blocked from Google searches since it's private and you have to login - which is why you couldn't find it on Google): Building A Marketplace

Looking further into my old PSDs, there is indeed a series called "ORM series" with one of the pieces called "Going Viral!!!" on the SERPWoo blog - which describes partly what you are looking for - hair in a bun, shouting, but no green or stats. It was posted in the old SERPWoo Marketplace thread:

Yes! This is it. It was the Going Viral, ORM Series. I should've clarified that by anime I just meant the art style of the girl was in anime - not like from an acutal anime like naruto etc.

But yes, this was the series I was looking for, and I remember seeing some threads from the marketplace lab thread and found some useful tidbits there too.

Thanks a lot for digging into this for me. I appreciate it.
