Who's going in on CryptoCurrencies? XRP - Bitcoin

Paypal acquires crypto currency start up Curv for $200MM

PayPal has announced that it plans to acquire Curv, a cryptocurrency startup based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Israeli newspaper Calcalist originally reported the move. And PayPal has now made an official announcement.

Curv is a cryptocurrency security company that helps you store your crypto assets securely. The company operates a cloud-based service that lets you access your crypto wallets without any hardware device.

Curv also lets you set up sophisticated policies so that the new intern cannot withdraw crypto assets without some sort of approval chain. Similarly, you can create allow lists so that regular transactions can go through more easily.

Wow. Crazy looking back at when this post started, the changes.

Anybody heard about "BNB" token being on some magic run for 2021?

I've listed my first NFT projects on the Mashable.app site

Selling some original photographs and a music project. This should be interesting to see if I can make some earlier goals I had happen with the photographs.

I never had a way to list them before. This makes it easier.

Mintable isn't respected as much b/c it's free to post

Rarible definitely seems to be a better place to post your work.

Sold no NFT on Mintable and about to take a stab at Rarible

It appears Visa is in the final stages of linking crypto coins to credit card:

isa (NYSE: V) today announced a major industry first in bridging the worlds of digital and traditional fiat currencies: the use of USD Coin (USDC), a stablecoin backed by the US dollar, to settle a transaction with Visa over Ethereum—one of the most actively used open-source blockchains.1 Visa is piloting the capability with Crypto.com, a Visa partner and one of the world’s largest crypto platforms, and plans to offer the USDC settlement capability to additional partners later this year.

You can now make payment debts with Coins!

Just throwing some sauce on the meatballs with this story

XRP Is Worth More Today Than Before SEC Lawsuit Against Ripple

It’s been a remarkable turnaround for the token, which dipped as low as $0.17 after the SEC brought the lawsuit. The SEC says that Ripple Labs, co-founder and executive chairman Chris Larsen, and co-founder/CEO Brad Garlinghouse, are responsible for $1.3 billion in unregistered securities offerings—XRP being the unregistered security in question.

Im sure more will still doubt...........

Glad I bought some more ETH & Bitcoin.

Mark Cuban is saying ETH is the closest thing to a real currency today.

Currently, his portfolio allocation is broken down as: “60% bitcoin, 30% Ethereum and 10% the rest.”

I've heard of a few other tokens. ZAP shot up as expected. CSC is up 8x it's original value. Still has a long way to go. If it hooks into the casino world, it's a 'cheat code' to finance

XRP Passes $1
ETH is over $2100

A rally divorced from reality. A reader might not be blamed for thinking that, after looking at the payment-focused cryptocurrency XRP’s rally to a three-year high above $1 in the face of lingering regulatory concern.

There’s more to it, according to some observers. The token might be getting price support from the XRP community, popularly known as the XRP Army, CoinDesk’s Ben Powers said during a panel discussion on CoinDesk TV Monday.

Bitcoin And Ethereum Are Being Left In The Dust By Dogecoin As The Memecoin Price Suddenly Rockets—Is $1 Possible?

https://www.forbes.com/sites/billyb...n-price-suddenly-rockets-300/?sh=5f78ce13a916

I dont know if everyone noticed, but DogeCoin skyrocketed to .40Cents. It was jut 8cents the other day.............

I kept telling people, the "brand value" has become so strong it' going to keep surging a while. Now people are predicting it will pass $1. It's very interesting but this one's beyond my senses. If it become's "the people's coin" and sort of the pushback towards China having such a heavy hand in BTC..... It could get pretty crazy.

Thoughts?

Wild swings has me tempted.

One more tweet from Elon could push it to $1.

Might put $50k on it and HODL / Pray he takes some acid and tweets again about the moon.

I'm not even joking.

I don't see how DOGE can survive in the long term. I'd like to short it but I'm not sure I know enough about shorting / have enough confidence in my timeframes.

Bro

It ain’t going to 1$

It’s going to 10.

Dollars are kinda weak sauce.

Best in class Mememetic on ramp.

I went and did some research and retract my previous statement. 10$ only happens if the federal reserve falls or decides to put their pants on their head and clown makeup on.

I think it will settle and trade between 80 cents and 2$ depending on how much money printing we do.

My price target for this year is 1$ but I think we will see a couple dips before that happens and some gains taking when 1$ is exceeded that will slow the rise to 2$.

That said it’s still bullshit energy coin.
I’m not a fan of what this means for reality.

Dogecoin branding is SO HIGH right now, nothing would surprise me

People trust what they've heard over and over without any negatives

A person with brass balls that go clank when they walk would short bit coin long doge coin and lever up like a maniac. Now that would be a crazy one.

Looking back - DOGE was on a high earlier this week.

My guess is that if there's something that could slay a meme coin like DOGE it could be doubling the capital gains tax. There's going to be impact - "woke" culture really coming home to roost now as the "soak the rich" will simply smash the investing middle class instead. The rich will simply hold stocks and assets for relative power and control rather than stock price - not soaked at all.

With NFTs and all the digital world property going on
I'd be watching "MANA" / Decentralandia

Good Luck on DogeCoin! Rough time to buy in but sit on it.I think it'll hit $1 eventually if not go past

Doge at .41 now after eToro adds crypto to their platform. Musk crowdsourced SNL skit ideas for May 8th on Twitter last weekend with "The Dogefather" theme being a popular one.

Based purely off the historical growth driven purely by Reddit/Twitter subcultures, I wonder if a doge plug on SNL for the masses was factored into eToro launching support for the shiba today. A combination of a controversial billionaire, a highly-viewed television show, and now support by a leading trading platform seems like a recipe for viral growth.

$1 inevitable?

I have a sell order set for $0.95.

It will hit $1 on Saturday and crash hard.

At that point I will buy back in and await Coinbase listing to take it back to $1.30ish
