Just wondering what email service provider other people are using and if you are satisfied with the price point, the product, and deliverability.

I'm currently using an open-source email service provider that's self-hosted and uses AWS SES.

I send daily emails to my list of 9000 and get a good open rate. I have been looking at changing because;
I've heard that hosts aren't a fan of people doing the self-hosted method
It can reflect badly on the domain.
My current product allows you to segment your list but it's not user-friendly.

Happy to hear your opinions on this.

For sending out bulk email, I use Mailchimp.

For brand/official email, I use Google workspace one. If I remember correctly, it's $6/m.

Try Mautic. It's open source and has a lot of functionality. Connect it with Amazon and you will be able to send bulk emails for cheap.

Depends on what you're sending. I've used Mailgun, Salesforce, Sendgrid, Mailchimp. If you're looking for something easy and relatively cheap, I'd say Mailchimp.
