I need some quick extra cash so I am interested in becoming a content/article writer but since I am not in USA I cannot sign-up for Writer Access or Text Broker. Can anyone recommend a service that accepts Australians as writers? UpWork is not accepting new freelancers at the moment, BTW.

(Apologies if this site not the correct category for this thread)

    Fiverr.

I'm serious about Fiverr too. It is an easy way to make consistent necessary money. It is a giant marketplace and while their cut (20%) is horrendous, you still will literally get work dropped in your lap without having to market or seek it out.

Fiverr has a reputation of low price, which attracts a lot of customers, but that's how you make it. It's up to you to decide how much you invest in your articles. Crunch the numbers, spend the time needed to get a 5 star review and still make a decent hourly wage. Set yourself apart by something unique, makes it easier.

Upwork might be a good option too.

Translation services might be something you can offer too.

UpWork is not accepting new writing freelancers at the moment. And I can only speak English so I am not sure how I can do translation. You know Australians speak English, right?

Take a look here or try to apply directly to writing agencies or digital marketing agencies who likely hire freelance writers.
