Is there a Reddit Tool that can show;
1.Who's actively looking for the product/service you provide.

- Who's mentioning your brand or your competitors' brands

- Which topics are growing or declining

- Customer pain points in specific niches or industries

You could try just using reddit.
But then you would be a redditor so...
