Is there an "allintitle" for Bing?

Hello all,
I'm relatively new here and have really been digging into all the content. I was especially intrigued like most by the Avalanche SEO method. I'm in a heavily competitive insurance niche but have been doing quite well on Bing for the last 8 years or so. I have one site that ranks outstanding on Bing, and mediocre on Google, which I intend to change via the Avalanche / KGR method.

I have another site that Google hates, but again Bing absolutely adores so I'll continue to go full-out for Bing-only with that. My question is in trying to apply the KGR method to Bing. Does anyone know the Bing equivalent to "allintitle" over there, or even if there is one? I tried "intitle", but searches that would normally be 3 in Google, come up in the thousands in Bing.

Would also love to hear from anyone who dabbled with both methods over in Bing and how your results are. I'm happy to share mine as I go along.

Interesting, so keep the quotes and your keyword goes between them?

I didn't test a lot, but it seemed to work better than Bing's intitle:.
