Insurance & Professional Liability Coverage (GL & E&O)

I went down a rabbit hole of "things that can go wrong" running a website and I'm curious what others use for insurance.
Specifically, GL (general liability) and E&O (errors & omissions) /Professional Liability coverage.
What carriers do you use? I know it highly depends, but curious about average costs as well.

Regular Liability is easy to get. Professional liability, especially if you do training and consulting, is difficult. They have to cover the liability that comes from you giving advice to people. Was flat out denied by at least one carrier, and others had exhorbitant prices and many bad reviews that basically said when it was time to pay out the carries wouldn't pay. On top of that I couldn't even tell exactly what was covered. Let me know if anyone has something good!
