Google Analytics Alternative Free or Paid?

I'm having enough of GA glitches, is there a free or paid analytics tool that gives more information and has less bugs? Do I have to go into tracking softwares maybe?

I use Matomo. I haven't noticed any bugs or glitches in it. Haven't used GA in years.

You gotta check out Plausible.io, they're absolutely killing it, they rule. Super light weight, it's one line of code and they aren't collecting every dang thing about your visitors, so you're all set as far as any international privacy stuff goes. You get a bit less data than with GA if you're into all the really deep-dive sorta stuff but that always just got in the way for me. I wanna click once, see my visitors, see which pages are doing well, and then gtfo so it's perfect for that. Highly recommend.
