Dealing with changes to Google Ads - Pay Per Call ads 2019

I hear that in the latest Google Ads update, when the advertiser receives calls, it has to say the name of the business at the start of the call. The business name has to be the same name which the Google Ads account is registered to. This looks like it's going to be a big problem for affiliate PPCall offers where the calls are forwarded to a call network / exchange.

One solution is to insert my own IVR with a brief recording of the business name before the call is routed on to the call network and its IVR. However we all know that IVR's destroy your conversion rate. Inserting another one into the process is double bad.

How are other affiliates handling this? Any suggestions from the pros?
