That's pretty cool. I do wonder if it manages to keep the CSS and HTML clean under the hood, or if it just becomes a crazy mess after someone keeps changing the same area over and over again. These types of advancements are really lowering the barrier for non-web people to become web people.

What's a great site without an app for customer service?

Customer service software: http://helprace.com
  • prioritize ideas, questions and praise (and act on them),
  • provide instant answers using search & self-service,
  • solve customer tickets using a help desk.
In addition, you can turn these 3 modules on/off.

If you would like to self-host analytics, 2 tools seem to be fairly decent:

Countly - https://count.ly - More powerful
Fathom - https://usefathom.com/ - Simpler but may have everything you need.

They have paid SaaS options but are open source so you can download them and put them up on your own server/VM/droplet etc
