Hi, I'm trying to recruit some affiliate marketers, any ideas on where they hang out or the best way to recruit would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I've had luck reaching out to relevant blogs on their contact page. It was an info product so I offered to give it to them for free in exchange for a review and offered 50% commission.

Here.

Just post your offer in the bst.
If its competitive you will absolutely pick up some top tier people.

This is golden advice. The thread would easily pay for itself if the offer is even remotely decent, there are so many TITANS lurking the BST who never post, and maybe don't even have accounts. It's the quietest ones who are doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

Does anyone here remember NicheChoppers? Norb built a whole forum around training affiliates for the sake of having them promote his offers. I can't think of a better place to recruit affiliates than a forum with thousands of affiliates where you can coach them, and where they can brag about successfully promoting your offer. Come to think of it, maybe that was the purpose of this thread all along...

Excuse my ignorance but where is BST?
And secondly but very important- Once we receive the lead then an offline sales process takes place, that can take up to 120 days. How can the affiliate be sure that he’s being paid for leads that convert or is affiliate marketing only possible with online sales? TIA

It stands for "buy, sell, trade" and it's a bit of a colloquialism, in other words it's the Marketplace here on BuSo, where vendors can setup threads to sell services, products, etc. In this case, it might be a good place to put your offer in front of affiliates who are browsing.

Pay CPL or CPA. Casinos pay a few hundred for a deposit, even if it's just 20€ as they know they usually make more on avg than the CPA. Some do revshare too, but I'd prefer Cpa to quickly make back my money and for cash flow.

I think most affiliates won't wait 120 days, at least I won't.

Would affiliates wait if the commission was $100+ per sale? If they could produce steady leads each month then month 4 onwards is good money isn't it?

Ur being duded

Dude, just put up what ever terms you want to try and keep changing them until you get a taker or figure out.
You're making it to complicated.
