We are writing to update you with some changes to the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement, which governs your participation in the Amazon Associates Program. All changes are effective on May 15, 2016.
MyHabit Closure:
As many of you may already know, MyHabit is closing on May 20, 2016 and as of May 15, 2016 we will no longer pay any advertising fees for sales referred to MyHabit. However, your visitors have unrestricted access to shop similar brands from Amazon Fashion—backed by Amazon's award-winning service, free shipping and returns, and exclusive benefits for Prime members.
Consent Update:
We've added an associate consent so that we can gather and present examples of your great program implementations. This includes using, reproducing, distributing and displaying your implementation of Content displayed on your site as examples of best practices in our educational materials.
Amazon Third Party Video Subscriptions Update:
With the expansion of Amazon's third party video program, we've added even more subscription bounty events—eligible associates can earn a one-time bounty of $3.00 for every successful subscription to a third-party network. To learn more, visit the Bounties section in Associates Central.
Disclosure Update:
We extended the requirement to disclose our affiliate relationship to any means where you may be leveraging Associates' content.
