Does this exist yet, I'm sure it does.. I don't know where to look.

Basically, I want to input topic: Surfing, now make me a montage of 20 min of people surfing, waxing their board, bs like that. But not AI fake cartoon style, like real videos, not copyright of course.

I just want to talk and talk and talk and some video plays in the background. I don't want to do any video editing.

Yeah, it exists, and I'm trying to find it, but I'm now typing so let me say that the problem will be a double edged sword. On one hand you'll have a hard time finding enough real B-roll footage filmed on camera to automate this, and on the other hand doing AI-generated clips removes that issue but creates the issue that it's AI generated.

This type of "generic slideshow of static or moving pictures with voice over it" can be a problem on YouTube if their AI system thinks it's templated and mass-generated. Sometimes you'll see people talking about finance over Minecraft footage and they're getting away with it using their real voice. In other cases people are getting hit with "inauthentic content" and demonetized. So it depends on what you're trying to do, I suppose.

So I'm trying to find the one I saw before and right now I'm seeing ones like "we'll make powerpoint slides and put an AI generated person speaking in their AI voice over it" for training videos and presentations.

I feel like the temptation, even if you fight not replicating your own voice in AI, will be to use AI scripts. I'd shy away from anything AI (besides this B-roll seeking and editing). AI + Mass-Generation + Templating is gonna be bad. You can at least remove the AI aspect of it. I'm harping on this because YouTube is currently actively hunting down these kinds of channels.

I'm not going to link them because I don't want to endorse them but Submagic (dot co) and BuzzRolls (dot com) both are in the vein of what you're asking, but isn't the one I've seen before. @DanielS knows of another one I can't think of either, but I think it may use non-licensed material too, which I'd stay away from.
