Which tools do you use for Onboarding and Documentation?

I know that @Ryuzaki has talked about creating a proper training center for writers, editors and content uploaders.

I am also looking to create a wiki-like, rich media, training center, that I can grow and maintain with information on every aspect of my business. Not only for training freelancers and employees, but also to have documentation in place for a potential buyer.

It should have a good search function, rich media capability and an easy interface.

Any suggestions?
 
Microsoft Office 365 suite can do that. SharePoint platform with OneNote / Word / Excel.
