Which Page vs Page On-Page Comparison Tools Do You Suggest?

What is the best tool to compare my page vs my competitors to see why they are ranking higher than me.

Something that gives actionable insights.

Something like -

Your kw is mentioned 20 times and your competitor is 25 times. You have your kw in the H1, your competitor has 2 videos... etc etc

SEMRush is dire for this and I can't stand Ahrefs interface.

Something like Topic perhaps. Dozens of tools like this. I find them worthless personally.

Isn't this what people do in Surfer?

I have begun doing this systematically in Google Sheets.

Make a spreadsheet and jut down all these differences in wordcount, headers, links, images etc. Try to make anything out of it. Usually not that easy to figure out.

In my opinion, there's a pretty big "first mover" bonus in Google. Once you're 1, it's harder to be dislogded.

It works and does something similar to what you're after.

ZORA is more-so holistic (the entire SERP) in comparison to just analyzing a single competitor. Granted, you can go to the "search engine results" tab of every roadmap it generates and remove competitors or only have a single competitor considered.

If you're after something like density though, anything that can do basic TF;IDF stuff like Website Auditor can work too.

Unsure if any tool has this though.

ZORA will tell if IMG_SRC and IMG_ALT (keyword usage) but not specifically how many images to use or what your competitors are doing.

I like Zora for its user friendliness.

I like Cora for its thoroughness.

I use both together along with surferseo when it comes to on page seo tuning.
