For self-installed Wordpress sites you get 20 free requests and then you need to pay $10 per month. If you're on Wordpress.com (free or paid) this new feature is free for the time being. It'll likely end up only available for paid users without an extra charge.
Automattic, the company behind Wordpress and a ton of the native plugins has Jetpack, which this new feature is being rolled into. The way it works is you will have a new Gutenberg block you can add, which turns into an AI prompt:

You can feed it a prompt and even tell it what tone you want it to take, such as formal, informal, optimistic, humorous, serious, skeptical, empathetic, confident, passionate, or provocative.
There's a content translation option, as well as going through your entire document to correct spelling and grammar.
One thing to note is that this content generator is half the price of ChatGPT and has no limits on the number of requests you can make, currently.
