Why Do Snippets Show Up For Every Single Search In Incognito Mode?

I was just doing some keyword research and I hopped into my Incognito Browser. For every single querie that I entered in it it gave a featured snippet, but the snippet is not shown when I do the search from my regular browser?

Is this normal?

Hmm, interesting, I just tried it myself and got the snippet in a regular window and the non-snippet in an incognito window lol.

I am not sure what's happening it seems really strange. Maybe they are testing some updates to show snippets on every single search, I don't really know.
