Can a website talking about the best crossbows talk about anything more/else?

Because they rank the homepage, these type of sites are only made for seo, they probably don't use any other traffic source.
Normal business gets most of its link to the homepage, I think its around 70%, so to stay natural, for these types of sites it's good to put your money page as homepage because it would be weird to have inner page as money page and it has all the links and homepage none.
But ofc there are sites like this that have multiple money pages, in which case homepage acts as navigation for those pages and they set it up so it also passes juice to money pages with good internal linking.
