Beambox has had good traction over the last year and a half, building up a customer base in the U.K in excess of 200 businesses. We've been running some PPC trials in the U.S and have had great feedback and some early signs that this would be a good market to pursue.

From my research, it seems that if we don't have a nexus in the U.S (No employees or physical presence) then we are not liable for tax at the federal level.

After that, there is sales tax which differentiates on a state-by-state basis. However, 28 states do not levy a sales tax on SaaS products.

So as long as we are focussing on these states and continue to have no nexus within the U.S, it seems we don't have responsibility for any tax on the federal or state level - Does anybody have experience in similar situations? It's a bit of a nightmare to navigate all of these tax conditions.
