That sounds risky and a logistics nightmare. Can you ease your part of the deal by guaranteeing consistent pricing, product availability, brand availability. If you don't have relations with companies to source the products on a regular basis, are you literally just a team of knuckleheads shopping on whatever website possible to make sure the right stuff makes it to their door step? Does it come in, like www.massdrop.com and get repackaged so it arrives in one box? Are they doing quality control at all? What about privacy of people looking at the random amounts of stuff you're ordering.

Sounds too broad and doesn't solve any real issue. Just a 10% surcharge for a convenience factor. Are they literally going to go through all this trouble for 10% on the box of ear swabs I want every month? 10 cents profit. Something this broad will need a lot of stipulations to make it even make sense, let alone be reasonably viable.
