Small Amazon Niche Sites To Flip

There's a few keywords I have that are fairly low competition with a high return.

The thing is I don't want to invest much time so it's build and flip/forget rather than anything else:

Would an EMD be worth it?

In terms of site structure, should I put the main post on the homepage? I see many sites ranking like this. But I was thinking of maybe having an optin to grow my main sites list

Most buyers want minimum of 6 months of consistent profit
That + building time, sandbox, ranking etc. you're looking at around 9 months before sale

Is it worthwhile entering this niche if it's going to take 9 months to sell for probably 25x the monthly profit?
Because even though it feels like a small niche site they can often detract massively from your effort on other sites if you end up having more than 1 especially

^ EMDs are fine and do still 'work' but I know a lot of people are wanting to get brandable domains so they can expand into new verticals and may limit your flip a little bit
For example bestwoodworkingrouter.com you're pretty limited in what you can review etc. opposed to johnnyswoodshop.com which could cover all tools

I think that using your homepage probably would be quicker but there are a lot of successful affiliate using both formats.
