Hi,

Got a question question everyone.

How easy is it to rank an ebay auction in search for a keyword term doing a volume of ~10k searches per month?

Also, .......... Do ebay auctions / amazon product pages get priority in search rank now? Can my website easily outrank these types of pages?

Recommendations on course of action & services also appreciated.

Thanks.

Do other auction pages rank for that term or anything of the sort? Google has intent built into each search term. If they don't match, you might rank for a little while but not long. And does an eBay auction page get 404 error'd once the item is sold?

Same goes for your website. It has to match the intent first off. Trying to rank blog posts for search terms that only show ecommerce pages isn't going to happen. And we don't know what your site is like. Does it have a lot of backlink power?

Once it ends or if removed by eBay, they just link the person to a similar product.

eBay, should be sued and sued and sued again for trademark violation. Accomplice to fraud product for sure.

My site has no backlink power really, just yet
