Hallo, i have a website that provide some software within montly basis subscription.
but i lack of important to important metrics or things to optimize to track, for example:
i understand about retention, but what else?
let's said we can optimize people that come to our site for people that add cart (for ecommerce site) but not purchase, but it is can't be implemented with subscription business?
