Looking for example and can't find it

A while back I was reading a discussion on here where one of the members was showing examples of temporary ranking drops after new high-end links were acquired. It was a great representation of "implementation dip" that occurs when you crank new ranking signals to a page and upon recrawl Google has to rescore, and take some time to determine where to re-rank.

After more than an hour of searching around BuSo - I can't find it.

Anyone remember what this post was or which thread it was in?
