How Much Time We Have?

That's an extremely grim, and absolutely realistic, view of the small fraction of useable time we have in our lives.

Which is why "saying no" has been huge for me lately. But as I've mastered that I'm encountering a new drive. It's one that's obvious to all of us, intellectually... but I'm really starting to feel it now, beyond just acknowledging it.

And that's the issue of making power moves. If I could live forever I'd become the king of business by destroying and conquering through the method of 1000 cuts. But I can't live forever and each tiny cut has a huge opportunity cost related to it. I need to be swinging a battleaxe and chopping off heads while minions run around slicing with tiny daggers.
