Hello Guys!
Not sure if you remember me, I opened this journal a few weeks ago: https://www.buildersociety.com/threads/authority-site-path-to-2000-per-month.1162/

So I started to build my email list and currently facing a issue that I don’t know how to solve.

All visitors sign up at my newsletter with the promise of a free e-book. The problem is that every single welcome email is going to the spam folder and my open rate is close to 0%.
The welcome email is written in other language, but here is the translation:

Subject: Here is the recipe ebook that you requested!

This is the final email after follow almost every tip that i found here:
https://blog.kissmetrics.com/avoid-the-spam-folder/

I'd really appreciate any idea on how to solve this problem.

What's your spam score on your emails you send out?

What's your spam score on your emails you send out?
Hey Carter, not totally sure if you're talking about the score that provide the "Inbox inspections tool" of mailchimp.
But i had run the test and got a 0 on spam score: https://i.imgur.com/K0ieLL8.jpg
However, emails keep going to the spam folder.

Honestly i don't have any clue on how to sort this out.

Do you have SPF and DKIM setup for your domain? And if you don't know what either of those mean, there is your problem.
Hello Carter.
You had put me on the right track. After i setup the DKIM and SPF records it worked like a charm.
Thank you very much!

I use Mailgun and CloudFlare for mail forwarding

I am new to the forum and could do a post on how to set it up if anyone is interested.
