Help Needed Automating Workflow

As a followup to this thread I wanted to post for help here. I am looking at taking spun content, combining it with a keyword list (mainly geo targeted), and outputting 1 spun article per keyword. I could use an existing spinner like spinrewriter or thebestspinner to provide completed spintax as the initial input. The input would usually have html or markdown formatting.

Output would live locally in a folder with a predefined defined title (something like keyword.html) and then uploaded to places like s3, etc. It would be good to be able to define output location, file type (html, pdf, doc- but not entirely necessary).

I am on mac, business partner on pc. Could be a web app but that kind of seems like overkill.

Open to any advice or help. Let me know if this gig is a good fit for you.
