Grabbing Text Value from a Form Before it is Submitted

Hello Buso,
I'm curious about Grabbing Text Value from a Form when a user didn't click the 'Submit' button.
Example: user wrote in the contact form phone number or/and email and for some reason closed the tab/ escaped

I thought about Google Analytics + Tag manager (track events) but it only collects numbers (clicks, etc). So it can't help me.
Did you have something similar in your experience? How did you solve it?

It's a guide for Universal Analytics though, which will become obsolete in July of 2023. So you have to do all of it in GA4 instead
