Does technorati still help your blog? I read its good and I read its dead. Any opinions?

Search engines still use third party services to extract more information on your website, I'm not sure if Technorati is still reliable in term of ranking but I'm completely sure it still being used as a trust component to extract facts off your website, you can use it also as a traffic source if you know how to market your site.

@Paul Bryant , are you really sure about your question? They killed their blog directory in May (source). It does not exist. So "does it help"?

Didn't know that @dzianis since I had tried that some time ago, it didn't do much for me, and never returned.

Yep, I tried recently and was surprised to see they killed off the directory portion of the site. Not surprised actually. It was crap.
