Content Templates

I will be writing more content for my site this month and was wondering if anyone had any good resources for creating content using templates?

eg: a template where you have preset "sections" to complete such as:

1. Connect with your reader and confirm/identify their issue.
2. Identify their needs - what will it be like when this issue is fixed?
3. Describe the symptoms.
4. Describe the solution.
5. Wrap up/conclusion.
6. Take action/call to action.

I will be creating some informational content as well as (shorter) buyer keyword content whilst @stackcash is writing a longer post for me.

You can make your own template by just copying the organizational structure of leading sites in your niche. The corporate and giant ones, in particuar, usually follow formulas or templates.
