Blacklisted Tracking Domains

Let's say you're doing traffic leaks and you have a tracking solution on a domain to gather data for your links. You then use that domain somewhere in your link you drop on Facebook or some other social media site...even though it's masked through Bit.ly or a similar service. And then your FB account or whatever gets banned because they didn't like something you did.

Is every link in the URL you dropped blacklisted now...including your tracking domain?
