Pretty interesting read. I have been messing with the mobile usability data in WMT and it seems that a few sites I have need some work.

Someone else on this forum commented that when they switched to a responsive theme they started getting more traffic. The conclusion was that it was based on page speed improvements but I do suspect that user-agents will be taken into account and provided diff search results, if they aren't already. Time for me to quit ignoring responsive design

Nope! they want to have new consumers using mobile rubbish to attract them for focusing their efforts on using Google as a source of trafic.

Good point, I don't know the exact numbers but I know its quite high the percentage of people that are using mobile with FB.

I've seen as high as 70-80% on some days from certain pages
