Used Liquidweb for 15 years, but my server has been down for 4 days and endless chats just to fix server load on a service with 2 websites under 100 visits a month, and they can't figure it out. LOL. Almost $100/month too...

Time to go elsewhere.

What's the best option for serious big brand sites? I don't want cheap. I want insane level support. Wordpress sites is what I use.

Linode. I recall I'm actually the one that recommended LiquidWeb to you back then. I left them in 2014. Linode is more powerful, now owned by Akamai so they have a lot more resources. They got everything you need.

Is this a VPS or just standard web hosting? I've been using Liquid Web for quite a while now and never had any issues with the VPS. I moved away from Linode shortly after they got acquired by Akamai. They were way better when they were more of a "family" owned type thing instead of yet another "enterprise" big ass corporate gorilla acting like they care about the little guys. If this is just standard hosting, they are all basically the same, a shitload of sites crammed on the same Virtual Machine until people complain enough for them to distribute the load. If you do have a VPS and are having tech issues with it, shoot me a message, I can probably fix it for you. If it's just standard cheap hosting, consider moving to a VPS.

I've also been having problems with LiquidWeb recently and I feel like their support has gone downhill over the years. I only used them because I think I was using WiredTree (?) and they sold to LiquidWeb I think? Either way, I'm looking to move on too
