Hi all,
I've been lurking for a while and have been trying to find a CPA network that allows custom forms to be made for CPL offers.
My question is: Is there a CPA network with offers that allow affiliates to have custom forms created and placed on their site. Leads would be sent directly to the advertiser's CRM or lead management system and identified with a custom sourceID or formID.
I had partnerships with some companies in the past that allowed the use of custom forms, but this was through business contacts. CPL through CPA networks is new to me and I'm trying to figure it out.
I have been accepted into AWmedia and Clickbooth, but haven't found any offers that don't include premade landing pages.
