It's an entirely different game to normal link building it seems. Additionally, white hat link building seems close to impossible due to the secrecy of such an industry.

I'm looking into automation techniques while still considering the chance of penalty.

Currently my strategy is this:

Tier 1
  • Manual and quality web 2.0s
  • High quality GSA automation for diversity
  • Contextual forum posting
Tier 2
  • Automated GSA
  • All tier 2 links pushed through link indexer

Any thoughts? I haven't been in this marketing game for long. Just looking for a way to gain authority so I can work on my development plan.

Thanks bros

well if it's for adult I would probably throw some links on porn sites either in comments or profile heck do both also join adult webmaster forums not only can you learn a lot but also get your link in the profile. what you should consider doing though it really isn't seo is PPV if done the right way it can be the shinizzels, actually something that should be done not just for adult sites but for every site, use the right vendors and you can have your site displayed when people try to go your compettitor.
also monitor social media for your competitors and do some nice little ambush marketing every time either they get mentioned or even do it at their social media profiles

1st thing i would do is look at completion etc, run them through ahref, majestic and see what they are doing. You will usually see right away whats working, and you can also see what the tolerances are for spam.
Semrush the top keywords, look at the organic results and then repeat with ahrefs etc.

Ive built a few adult sites off expired domains in unrelated niches, these work for a time but if manual review they get spanked.

also, check some of the big classified adult sites profiles for ideas with ahrefs
