Asking price is L3M x 40 or 7.9k Although I'm open to negotiating
I'm selling the site as I have too much on my hands to work on this project, I certainly think it has plenty of potential and room to grow, I just don't have the time. It has around 10ish new articles posted in the last couples months or so, which are just now starting to come into the serps a bit more, so any buyer would see the benefits of that down the track.
