Adsense contract for bookkeeping

Hey guys,

I'm sure some of you have experience with this. I want to transfer my adsense account to my company, but I can't find a legally binding contract in Adsense which I could send to my bookkeeping so they can show that the money that comes from Google is legal income.

Any ideas?

Doesn't Google send you a 1099 every year? Maybe I'm not understanding the question.

@Calamari**EDIT** Nevermind, I looked it up. But no I haven't received it. Never.

I've been an approoved member of adsense since september, maybe it has to be at least a year for them to send it ?

Shit, I haven't paid taxes for the last six months on that money, I need to get this thing legal.

Ah, forgot you're not in the US. It's the document that Google sends us that let's us and the government know how much we made so they can tax us on it.
