Address or PO Box in Emails

I'm collecting emails addresses but, I haven't sent anything out yet. Do you guys use your home address to be CAN-SPAM compliant? I was thinking of getting a PO box and using that. Is that the way to go?

You can use a PO box.

"Your message must include your valid physical postal address. This can be your current street address, a post office box you’ve registered with the U.S. Postal Service, or a private mailbox you’ve registered with a commercial mail receiving agency established under Postal Service regulations."

You can also use a virtual mailbox which you can rent for like $8 / month. Might be cheaper than getting a PO box.

That's really cool! It's a little bit more expensive than a PO box in my area but, something to consider if I wanted to actually use it for mail. I'm looking at the smallest boxes available.

I just checked it out and they have one in my area. I don't even really need the mail scanning feature so it would be dirt cheap to have another mailing address.
