Ad network for the lower quality sites?

What ad to slap at the lower quality sites? No spam or auto translation or doorways or whatever, just sites that i would not risk my AdSense account with.

A few years ago there was Chitika and they were great, but they shut down, what do we have now for such case?

Ok, time to bump.

Ezoic and Monumetric and others work with Google or demand that the site be "in good stand" with Google. But for lower quality sites which Google wouldn't like, what networks are there? Propeller? sovrn? What..?
