I just tell people I own a digital marketing agency. It usually doesn't go past that. I used to tell people I work online, but that can land you in some funny conversations. "Oh, like you do that stuff I see advertised on Youtube?", "Like Multi Level Marketing?". Ughhh..
Wikibum really went out of his way to find the best pages for my websites. Very thorough and detailed. Found me some great pages, which are still live. Highly recommended. Awesome job!
This for sure.
Also, it seems they've fixed the local SERP issue. I had a couple of local clients that started ranking nationwide for a hot second, but that has been rolled back.
I didn't go through the list fully, but I saw a bunch of pubs I use as parasites (for rep repair) and they still rank incredibly well. Not sure how he qualifies these websites as "blacklisted".
I had one of my Ecom websites get crushed in December, but I fully recovered and saw huge gains with this latest update. At the time, I saw quite a few websites lose rankings and traffic, especially my local based clients.
Is anyone else seeing huge losses with local based websites?
A couple of my Ecom websites got hammered at the /product level. Top-level keywords saw huge increases, which make up for the traffic loss. Traffic is stable and sales are normal.
Make it make sense.
A bunch of my websites I haven't built links to in months mostly saw gains (some saw nothing at all). Websites I've been working on recently saw the biggest negative drop in rankings. Weirdly, their traffic hasn't suffered all that much. The anchor text theory would definitely make sense, as I...
From the data I see, Google doesn't give a shit about the number of links you build to a new website unless it's an outrageous amount and even then, I hardly see algorithmic hammers except maybe some widely volatile SERPs (I haven't seen a manual penalty in over 5 years). What Google does hit...
Yup, not going to argue here.
The Supreme court is an appellate court. You can't submit new evidence. This will be another 9-0 decision by SCOTUS (if it gets heard). Dragging out the inevitable. It's over...he lost.
I'm with @bash though. I'll throw some money down if you really think this...
Imagine making $15 p/hr (our min wage is $7.25) and trying to pay for your own health insurance on top of that. Imagine going bankrupt, because you can't pay for your hospital bills (many times basic care). Imagine having health insurance and getting rejected for a procedure, because although...
You don't need to tax the billionaires. It could be paid for with current tax revenue (reallocation of funds). Americans pay more per capita than any other country in the world. Even a small 5% tax, like Bernie Sanders proposed, would end up saving 80% of the country money. Many would actually...
I'm curious, what is it that progressives like AOC/Bernie say that is so "batshit" crazy? Universal healthcare, you know like every other first-world democracy in the world? Crazy! Affordable college? Oh no that's insane! Livable wages? No way! I find it funny that people think these ideas are...
Seems as though newer sites (less than 2 years old) are the ones that are getting hit the worst, which makes sense because Google likes to fidget with the rankings signals (especially with the pre-Christmas updates). In this case, it being age/authority. Like a couple of people have said here...
Haha..need to get that Q4 revenue up.
I'm certainly seeing a ton of movement. A lot of it in the last hour. I've been doing this so long, this shit doesn't even make me flinch anymore.
That's an interesting one. Wouldn't put it past the guy. He's been shitting all over our constitution since he's been in office. If anything, when the Democrats get back in power, they are going to have to pass a lot of laws, which keep this from happening again. If Trump has shown anything...
lol...Have they ever used Bing? Serious though, the GOP/POTUS has been going on for years about how they feel Google sensors Right Wing news stories and favors the left. Retribution? Makes you go hmmm..
