Well this is weird, a fair few google products seem to have gone offline.
Within the last 15mins, gmail, google ads, dv360 and campaign manager all went offline.

I've been focusing on those with the least answers (typically 1, max 2) with weekly views of 50+ so far; took a bit of digging but ended up with a list of 11 so far that I'll give a shot.
I reckon best ones would be the high weekly views, putting in the time to make a great answer + then figure...

Across the different subdomains, do you have the same Facebook pixel is in place? And on the final thank you page, is there a Facebook event code?
If Facebook code is in place across the whole journey, you should be able to see conversions by ad by pulling a report in Facebook.
