Also seeing big movement on one of my sites. As of yesterday, down almost 41%. Site has been stable in the SERPs for years. No shady link building - haven't built any links to the site in a few years, but natural ones appear regularly. Mix of info and affiliate content - maybe 75/25 skewing...
In the past I've joined groups for the niche I have the site in that I want to sell and had success with that. Right now the Flipping Websites group is the only one that I'm currently in where I've recently sold/bought sites.
I've sold a lot of sites in the last few years (all affiliate sites) through a mixture of Flippa, private Facebook groups/forums, Empire Flippers and FE International.
Of those, I will never use FE International again. I sold a few sites with them and overall they really don't do enough to...
What's he not disclosing is that's he's doing outreach to buy link insertions. I know because his team contacted me via one of my sites before he revealed the domain name publicly. If I remember correctly, they were offering $10 for a link in an old article.
Honestly, it depends on your budget. Personally, I wouldn't use them for my projects. But if I was on a tight budget or just starting out and trying to get the hand of things, then I'd give 'em all a shot since they're niche relevant and cheap. That's exactly how I started building out my PBN...
I'm assuming that you're looking to buy these up for PBN purposes? If so, I can tell you that I have a lot of success paying more attention to the number of referring domains versus a score from a random tool. Of course, you will still have to make sure that you don't have hundreds of spam links...
I am stupidly about 90% Amazon focused and spread over 10 projects right now (some are newer and not earning much though). The money was just too damn good to spend time on other revenue streams, so here I am still not diversified. Build up and flip has been my model for a few years now.
I've sold a few sites and can tell you that sometimes EF will waive the listing fee - all you have to do is ask. And in regards to the 15% selling fee with FE International, if you're selling a site with a high sales price, then you can often negotiate a lower fee with them. Obviously, this will...
Found this place as a result of a Charles Floate post on Facebook.
Been in this game for several years, focusing on Amazon affiliate sites. Last couple of years have been trying to diversify income, but that's only going so-so for me.
Right now I've reached the $20,000 month club and I'm...
