Just out of curiosity, do you normally see good indexing rates on repurposed sites? Keen to give it a go but don't want to waste so much money (looking at a $4k domain) if I won't even have a chance to lift the site off the ground.

I’d assume one of the main reasons for the lack of sufficient info on the topic is that the majority of similar tests/results are somewhat inconclusive and often impacted by a number of variables.
