It's ranking on page 1/2/3 for most terms, the biggest term is ranking on page 8 or so, but rising, it's about 6 months old. (had another site about a year old, which didn't sound right so moved it all over to 'new' better sounding/fitting domain ~6 months ago)

Yes, if you make sure they're not spammed, rookie stuff really. Look at any 'spammy' niche guaranteed those guys are doing it, and everything else to rank!
