I'm debating on whether I should just completely disable comments from my site as I can't see (much) of an advantage at this point. I am doing a technology review website, so it MAY make sense to have them enabled.
What's everyone's opinions?

Isn't this already a thing for basically any SaaS?
I asked a question about it a few months ago here, where an employ of a PM tool was able to read all my projects tasks users etc.
I don't get why people are bitching now. Included in their TOS or not, they probably do it and can do it anyway...
I second that.
If you want an easy way to customise a WP theme, you're going to have to suck up the bloat that comes with it. I mean that's how they're making things so easy, by literally having a solution for every design element that let's noobs easily change things.
If you're willing to...
Ok cool thanks guys. Never thought to actually just make separate lists.
Now I have to figure out a way to automate this. I'll give Mautic a go today and go from there.
Yeah this is what I'm after. So say they signup to my list from a page that was offering drone information, I want to tag them as having an interest in drones. Is this considered segmenting?
Sorry if what I just said was completely wrong still trying to figure out these terms.
Found one option http://www.activecampaign.com/
$49/USD a month is way out of the range for me though... and to be honest this seems like an advanced solution for a noob. Thoughts?
Close to launching my site now and I'm looking into lead tagging options.
So far I have gathered that tagging your email leads is done via the email marketing platform itself, not third party software. I'm familiar with MC but I don't see any option there to tag leads.
With that being said...
I was just looking for a manual solution to remove the category slug (didn't want another plugin) and I know Yoast does this. So this is a perfect solution, 2 birds with 1 stone. Cheers mate!
Real talk, my head was already hurting trying to group everything.
Yeah, that sounds good to me. Can already seeing myself wasting lots of time with this.
I will just use categories, but I will instead filter by categories rather than tags. One last thing, is there a way to handle no-indexing...
Hmm okay. So your assumption is that people will make use of the search bar before they start drilling down category pages using dropdowns etc?
I like the idea of noindexing pages > 1, thanks. But then again, I'm still worried that just having straight category pages isn't enough and will harm...
Well I wanted to tag everything so that when you land on a category page, I can show all posts that match a certain tag. The certain tag being what the user chooses from a dropdown list / radio button. Is there a better way of achieving this?

I'm building my category pages now, and I'm going to use tags to allow my users to sort through the category.
Is there a way I can use tags without making my site look like a complete mess? For example, in the SERPs sometimes I see people's tags show up, and when I click into it I'm left rather...
Yeah I have plenty of resources. My server's CPU usage hasn't even gone past 4% yet. I've never had this issue on shared hosting, but I am now facing it on cloud hosting. Weird aye.
At completely random times, my WP site will just stop working. During this time, you are unable to use the site until it is physically rebooted from my hosting panel.
The problem is associated with a new feature WP introduced in 3.6 - Heartbeat.
If you have a page open to edit, WP will try and...
