I'm in Sweden, so the weather here is pretty temperate. Winter can get down to -20c but there is an electric radiator for that situation and I could also add a fan heater if really needed. I am going to add a wall mounted TV and Chromecast so I can watch training videos etc

It is about 4.80m x 3.50m so not a bad size for a home office!

Got to agree with the above, you are not going to anyone who knows what they are doing for $2-3K a month full time.
