I have experience with managing reviews and getting more reviews for a company. Recently I won a contest for a brokerage office. Now I want to expand and seek for potential customers. How would any one of you do this? Where would you start?

Yes, exactly. I will make a website and do my very best do attract some customers. For now I will just look where to start, analyze some and start making a website. After that I will start to advertise myself and see if things will work out.
