Is this link worth $350?

I created an infographic and have been submitting it to a lot of the free infographic directory / submission sites. I've paid for a couple of the low dollar ($10-15) paid sites. There is one really high DA 63 infographic site (dailyinfographic.com) that charges $350 for a guaranteed submission. I'm planning to at least email them first and say I have $200 in budget left for this project but I was trying to decide how you value what a link is worth?

I'm just applying a little critical thinking here. Where would an infographic directory look for solid infographics to share on their site? r/infograhics is probably a good start.

True, but I guessed he was talking about subs specific to his niche, but a general infographic sub makes a lot of sense as long as it is active with people other than the posts (link builders).
